Here is the cast for the OPENING NUMBER for ‘Dances of Offering 2010′!!

The ‘Opening Number’ showcases 13 talented male and female dancers in an upbeat, high-energy commercial jazz routine!  The stage is set at a nightclub where 10 beautiful and sexy girls are ready for an amazing night out, only to be interrupted by the ex-boyfriends!!  These hot male dancers just want to have a good time and are ready to party! 

Come check out this showstopper routine on February 20, 2010 at The Betty Oliphant Theatre in Toronto!

Miles Faber (So You Think You Can Dance Canada Finalist Season 1) came and taught an amazing ‘Michael Jackson’ inspired street jazz routine on October 15, 2009.

Miles had so much energy and made the class even that more enjoyable because of his personality.  He is a great teacher and talented dancer and we look forward to bringing him back again soon!

On Sunday April 5 2009, Leon Blackwood came and taught something a little different for commercial jazz dancers… we learned an incredible Contemporary routine and had a blast!  We can’t wait for more of Leon’s creativeness and energy!

***Commercial Jazz workshop with YOSSI NIZNIK!***

On Sunday, May 10 2009, Yossi came out to unite jazz dancers and hip hoppers alike to this amazing event where he taught a FUNKY SEXY STREET JAZZ COMBO in one of the best dance studios in the city!!!

We had an amazing time and look forward to more workshops with Yossi in the future

**ABOUT YOSSI:
Yossi Niznik attends York University as a full time student in the Kinesiology Honors program. Yossi is a seasoned dancer having won many titles such as Master Dance of Canada (D.M.A), Junior Dancer of the Year (Can-Dance), Teen Dancer of the Year (A.D.A) as well as many overalls and special awards throughout his dance training.

He has competed since the age of six. He is currently teaching hip-hop, jazz and tap at various studios. Yossi is also the recent recipient of the Take It To The Floor scholarship awarded by Sho-Tyme who choreographs for artists such as Mary J. Blidge, Mya and Gwen Stefani.

Yossi has learned that dance training takes a big commitment, a lot of dedication and the will to strive; He is looking forward to a fun and exciting workshop!
